Michael Lauria attended The Knox School from prep to year 12.

Upon completing his VCE, Michael went on to complete a Product Design course at Swinburne University, but came to the realisation that it wasn’t for him.

Michael then joined the work force and found his passion for customer service through working in the hospitality industry. He began as a waiter and then became Bar Manager after completing his Certificate III in Hospitality; which included the Food Handling Certificate and Responsible Serving of Alcohol. He continued working in hospitality at a busy Café, where he could be found distributing coffee to his many regular customers as a Barista.

Knowing that a high level of customer service is essential to succeed, Michael decided it was time to move forward, and therefore completed his Agent’s Representative Certificate at Swinburne University Croydon.

Michael is currently a Public Relations Assistant to the highly commendable Cristine Jones.

He is a hard working, dedicated individual who developed his love and passion for customer service from his early years in Hospitality.

He strongly believes that being trustworthy and possessing the ability to get along with anybody is the key to success in the Real Estate industry.

In his spare time, Michael can be found watching movies, socialising with family and friends, watching the footy as a loyal Collingwood supporter or playing indoor soccer.
