    Yvonne Tan came to Melbourne from Singapore some 40 years ago.

    After obtaining her accounting qualifications from Swinburne University in 1972, she worked for firms of Chartered and Public Accountants. To broaden her accounting experience, she then worked for retailers (e.g. electrical bulk stores) and a number of industries (Colour Imaging and Electrical Engineers). Consequently, Yvonne has a very broad knowledge of finance, income tax and accounting issues. She is also proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin & Hokkien.

    A new opportunity arose in 1992, when Yvonne purchased a take away business in Kingsway, Glen Waverley.  This gave her immense experience in customer service, customer satisfaction and communication. When her business was sold in March 2000, Yvonne then embarked on a new and exciting career in real estate.

    Yvonne is an extremely experienced negotiator and is dedicated to total client satisfaction.

    Yvonne enjoys meeting interesting and diverse people and assisting them with their real estate needs; be it selling their family home or investment property, buying a new home or investment property, or renting.  All her clients are appreciative of her patience, ability, professionalism and integrity.

    During her spare time, Yvonne enjoys classical music, cooking and travelling both within Australia and abroad.
