Ray White Glen Waverley struck Auction success yet again over the weekend selling two exclusive Wheelers Hill homes well over reserve price.
The Strathconnan Place, Wheelers Hill auction being a highlight of the day with a healthy crowd of over 250 people turning out to either bid or watch the modern 3 level home sell for a monster price.
The Age newspaper was also on hand to report on the 5 bedroom home, noting that Melbourne’s auction market is continuing to tick along at a frantic pace, ‘with demand far outstripping supply’. The Age also stated that there have only been 928 auctions reported since the start of July, a seven year low for Melbourne.
Ray White Glen Waverley are firm believers in the Auction process and the results are there to back it up, with an office success rate just over Melbourne’s current 85% clearance.
