Growing up in a big and tightknit family in Vietnam, family values are very important for Hien. Both of her parents are her rock and source of inspiration that hard work, honesty, and integrity will help her succeed in life. Their best advice is to never take anything for granted and to treat people the way they want to be treated not how she wants to be treated. 

She moved to the Netherlands to study for a bachelor's degree in International Business Management at the age of 19. After doing some part-time consulting internships and projects in the UK, the Netherlands, and Vietnam, she moved to Melbourne to pursue a master's degree in accounting at Swinburne University. She worked two jobs as a waitress to support herself whilst volunteered as an assistant to the executive director at TiE Melbourne, a nonprofit organisation. She was later appointed as the Executive Director of the organisation. After graduation, she worked in accounting. 

Her love for problem-solving and helping people realise their property goals and financial freedom, led Hien to change her career from accounting to real estate. Drawing on her background in business and accounting, she finds it rewarding and fulfilling to help vendors sell their properties for the highest prices and help buyers find their dream homes.

She understands the decision to buy or sell a property is a hard one to make because it is probably the biggest asset in someone's life especially when there are both financial and emotional stakes involved.  She is willing to go above and beyond to make the process simple and smooth for her clients. She finally found a career that she can utilise all her skills in problem-solving, marketing, business development, and negotiation to find the most suitable strategies for her clients using a multifaceted outlook and a personable approach. 

Her strength is to build and maximise her relationships with other agents and businesses across Australia and overseas to market and sell properties to both local and international buyers and achieve the best outcomes for her clients. Her approach is: " if you want to go fast go alone if you want to go far go together". 

Now Australia is her home. She loves balancing between working hard during the week and cooking up a storm and hosting brunches for friends on Sunday. She enjoys pilates, running, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Aspire to be a lifelong learner, she traveled to 30+ countries to learn about new cultures. She's also a regular blood donor for the Australian Red Cross and a regular participant of Mothers' day classic.
