Kristina Mercoulia

Kristina was born and raised in Glen Waverley, began her schooling at Mount View Primary, and continued to Glen Waverley Secondary College. After completing her VCE, Kristina furthered her studies at RMIT to complete a Diploma in Business Administration.

Kristina’s career in real estate started many years ago as a Property Manager and with a background in customer service from working in sales and retail management.

Her extensive knowledge of Property Management and Business Development and growing up in Glen Waverley give Kristina the upper hand when it comes to knowledge and the ins and outs of the Waverley area.

Kristina’s personable approach puts clients at ease. Her straightforward style and unwavering commitment help her clients get the best out of their investment property.

In her spare time, Kristina enjoys Calisthenics and spending time with her husband & son, family, and friends, as well as going to the beach and Soccer. Kristina likes to keep active by going to the gym; walking and shopping are necessary!
