Ray White Glen Waverley’s Property Management team, have recently returned from the annual Ray White Wealth Conference in Queensland.
The largest Property Management conference on the Ray White calendar, this year saw in excess of 800 attendees, with as many as nineteen sponsors.
The conference ran over two days and encompassed quite a broad agenda. The opening piece, presenting some astounding research that the group had undertaken, to understand the expectations of landlords.
On day two, a group of landlords were interviewed by the panel, bringing issues of service and relationships to the surface, which is a concept the group will push forward with in 2012.
Proud Director Damian Moore, also took to the microphone at the event, speaking about the office and how it manages to grow at such a rapid rate; through structure, promotions and sales/rental integration.
To cap it all off, Ray White threw one of their renowned parties. This year’s theme was Las Vegas and saw the likes of Elvis and some beautiful Cabaret girls taking to the poker tables!
